Shipping costs, delivery time and how to return a product.
Delivery time
We tell you the delivery time for your order with the pro forma invoice. In any case, we deliver within 30 calendar days of receiving payment; if it doesn’t arrive within that time, you can cancel the order and we’ll refund everything you paid.
An order may arrive in several parcels, at no extra cost.

For now we don’t ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, overseas territories or other countries.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, the recipient may have to pay customs duties, import taxes and the courier’s handling fee.
Breakages in transit
If something arrives broken, let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the product and the packaging: this lets us claim from the courier. We’ll replace it free of charge.
Guarantee
As a consumer you have 3 years from delivery to claim for any defect: you can ask us to repair or replace the product. The breakage notice doesn’t limit this guarantee.
Returns
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason: use the Withdraw from contract here function or write to us with your order reference. You then have 14 days to send the product back; the direct cost of returning it is yours.
We refund everything you paid, including shipping, within 14 calendar days of you telling us you are withdrawing. We may wait until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. You can open and check it as you would in a shop; you are only liable for any loss in value if you handle it more than necessary for that.
The right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to purchases made for a business or professional activity; it does apply to individuals and to associations, parents’ associations and other non-profit organisations buying outside such an activity. The full conditions are in our terms of sale.
