Can I add our school’s purchase order number?

Yes, it will appear on the pro forma invoice and on the final invoice. Payment is by bank transfer before shipping, against the pro forma, and we hold the order for 7 calendar days. If your school can only pay after receiving the goods, write to us before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

We tell you the delivery time for your order with the pro forma invoice. In any case, we deliver within 30 calendar days of receiving payment.

Are the reagents hazardous?

No. We only sell reagents that are not classified as hazardous under the CLP Regulation, so they can be stored and shipped without special requirements.

Do you quote for equipping a whole laboratory?

Yes. Send us your list of equipment or the number of workstations and we’ll prepare a fixed quote with bundle prices.
