Terms of sale

Version of 8 October 2026.

How to order

  1. Add products to the cart and open the cart to review your order.
  2. Fill in your billing and delivery details. Until you confirm, you can change quantities, remove products and correct any detail; the summary shows the total including shipping.
  3. Accept these terms and press “Order with obligation to pay”. Your order is recorded with its reference, which you see on screen and can print or save.
  4. Within one working day we email you the pro forma invoice with the order details and our bank details for payment by transfer.

We keep every order and will send you a copy on request. If you spot an error after confirming, write to us before paying and we’ll correct it. You can conclude the contract in Spanish or in English.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT (21%). If you buy as a school or company from another EU country with a valid VAT number, the supply is intra-Community and VAT-free (art. 25 of the Spanish VAT Act): we check the VAT number in the VIES system before issuing the pro forma and, if it is not valid, we apply Spanish VAT.

By pressing “Order with obligation to pay” you undertake to pay the amount by bank transfer. Payment is made before shipping, against the pro forma invoice. If it doesn’t arrive within 7 calendar days of us sending the pro forma, we cancel the order at no cost to you. Once paid, we issue the final invoice.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. For now we don’t ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, overseas territories or other countries.

Shipping to Spain costs €6.90 and is free over €150.00; to other destinations, €14.90. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, the recipient may have to pay customs duties, import taxes and the courier’s handling fee.

We tell you the delivery time for your order with the pro forma invoice. In any case, we deliver within 30 calendar days of receiving payment; if it doesn’t arrive within that time, you can cancel the order and we’ll refund everything you paid. An order may arrive in several parcels, at no extra cost.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product (or the last product, if the order arrives in several deliveries) to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

To do so, use the Withdraw from contract here function, send us the model withdrawal form or write to to be completed with a clear statement of your decision. It is enough to tell us before the period ends.

You then have 14 calendar days from telling us to send the product back. The direct cost of returning it is yours.

We refund everything you have paid, including shipping, within 14 calendar days of you telling us you are withdrawing, by bank transfer unless we agree on another method. We may wait until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first.

You can open the product and check it as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any loss in value if you handle it more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to purchases made for a business or professional activity. It does apply to individuals and to associations, parents’ associations and other non-profit organisations buying outside a business or professional activity.

Guarantee

As a consumer you have the legal guarantee of conformity: we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years of delivery. You can ask us to repair or replace the product and, if that isn’t possible or we don’t do it within a reasonable time, to reduce the price or terminate the contract.

If something arrives broken in transit, let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the product and the packaging: this lets us claim from the courier. We’ll replace it free of charge. This notice doesn’t limit your legal guarantee.

Use of the products

The products are sold for educational and laboratory use. We don’t sell chemicals classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), electrical equipment or medical supplies.

Product images are AI-generated illustrations: they show the general shape, but the specifications on the product page are what counts.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. For any complaint, write to us; you can also contact the consumer protection authorities in your country.
