Yes, it will appear on the pro forma invoice and on the final invoice. Payment is by bank transfer before shipping, against the pro forma, and we hold the order for 7 calendar days. If your school can only pay after receiving the goods, write to us before ordering.

By bank transfer, before shipping. After you order, we email you the pro forma invoice within one working day with the amount and our bank details. If payment doesn’t arrive within 7 calendar days, the order is cancelled at no cost.

Yes, all prices include 21% Spanish VAT and the invoice shows it separately. If you buy as a school or company from another EU country with a valid VAT number, the order is VAT-free (intra-Community supply).

Yes. Choose “School or company” on the order form and enter the company name and tax ID.

We tell you the delivery time for your order with the pro forma invoice. In any case, we deliver within 30 calendar days of receiving payment.

To mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, €6.90, free over €150.00. To the rest of the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, €14.90.

Not within the EU. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, the recipient may have to pay customs duties, import taxes and the courier’s handling fee.

Not for now: shipping there requires customs formalities.

Glassware travels packed piece by piece. If something arrives broken, let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo: we’ll replace it free of charge. This doesn’t limit your 3-year legal guarantee.

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason: use the “Withdraw from contract here” function or write to us with your order reference.

No. We only sell reagents that are not classified as hazardous under the CLP Regulation, so they can be stored and shipped without special requirements.

Almost all of it is borosilicate glass 3.3, and each product page states the material (the graduated pipettes, for example, are soda-lime glass). Borosilicate can be heated on a gauze or hot plate and withstands moderate changes in temperature, but not sudden ones. Volumetric ware (graduated cylinders, volumetric flasks, burettes and pipettes) and Büchner flasks must not be heated.
