Borosilicate glass 3.3: it withstands gradual heating, but not sudden changes in temperature. Do not use cracked or chipped pieces. With volatile solvents, release the pressure by opening the stopcock with the funnel inverted and pointing away from people. Use it only for its intended purpose, in the laboratory or for teaching.
